public presence

RENOSI now has a place for you to show off your organization, as well as get necessary information and documents to vendors, donors and others!

Here is an overview of its features:

Things to Know

  • This is a public page. Anyone who navigates to the web page will be able to see it.
  • You are able to control most of the information shown using your Visibility settings. However, certain exemption details are always visible — this includes your organization's name, EIN, operating state, and fiscal year.
  • The page can be enabled or disabled as desired.
  • Use the View button regularly as you make changes to your page to see it through the eyes of your page's visitors and ensure you are satisfied with the result.

  • You can upload your logo and a header image to personalize your page and give it a professional look.
  • The logo will be a square crop ratio (1:1) and the header will be a 3:1 crop ratio. Images exceeding these ratios can be adjusted to focus on a specific area of the image, if desired.
  • You can add a welcome message for your page's visitors! The message is limited to 1500 characters and markdown text formatting is supported but not required.

  • You can select specifically what information about your organization you would like to make visible on your page.
  • Simply enable or disable the selected item using the toggle switch to control its visibility.
  • Be aware that enabling information not present in your account will not show anything if enabled.
  • The Purpose Statement is automatically populated with the purpose statement listed in your Fiscal Year Profile. If changes are made to the statement in your Fiscal Year Profile, you MUST refresh the purpose statement section on the public visibility settings in order for the changes to show on your organization's public page.
  • For a complete list of information you may display on your page, see the public visibility settings on your account.
  • Clients should upload their IRS Determination Letter and CP-575 (EIN letter) to the exemption section on the visibility page. If you are currently waiting for a determination letter, upload a copy of your Form 1023EZ, 1023, or 1024 application, but remove any schedules containing private information. These files are stored separately from any documents in your document storage.

Edit your visibility

  • Links can be added to your page as well, and add to the ways you can help your organization shine.
  • Files can be uploaded, such as flyers, however keep in mind that any files uploaded here will be publicly available. Additionally, there is a limit of 30MB collectively for all public presence files. These files are stored separately from any documents in your document storage.
