Instructions:

  • Use the business entity search to locate the organization
  • Once located, verify filing number and name then select organization
  • At the top of the organization’s business details page, click the yellow “eFile Annual Report” button to start the filing process
  • *Note: if Statutory Agent has changed since previous reporting year, this information cannot be changed with the Annual Report. You must file a Statement of Change and Statutory Agent Acceptance forms separately, no fee

Corporate annual report

Required if incorporated. This report can be filed electronically. To find your organization's due date, use your state's business lookup function. The due date is the anniversary of when an organization was incorporated.

Failure to file an annual report will result in a penalty of $9 a month. Once an organization's annual report is 60 days late, the organization will be dissolved automatically by the state.
