Due: | Every nonprofit corporation must file an information report biennially. Businesses forming in even years file reports in each succeeding even year. Businesses forming in odd years file reports in each succeeding odd year. The information report and fees are due together on the 15th day of the 6th month after the last day of the corporation's tax year end. An information report is not required if the nonprofit corporation has not been incorporated for six months prior to its first tax year end. |
